First off, I have come to a decision with the purpose of this blog. I was just creating this so I would remember events in my life since it all seems to blur together so quickly. However, how useful is that to anyone, really. And since really the only people that will care to read it are still too little to read, I'm gonig to start writing it to them anyway. From now on, this blog will be written to my beautiful girls. This way between the photo books, story telling, and these few entrees, hopefully their story will be told and remembered well....let's begin:
The first birthday we celebrated in our new home was Daddys. He turned the big 30! The second birthday celebrated was Avery's 3rd! It was a Princess Tea Party theme and all of your friends came dressed up as their favorite princess. You proudly modeled your new Rapunzel dress that Granny and Gramps had gotten for you, along with a shiney new crown. Haysley was so little that none of the dress up clothes would first her, so she just wore a fun fuzzy sweater.
You, Emelia, Eliza, Jaylyn, Baylee, and Benji all created princess crowns and star wands. After the crafts were done Avery opened her presents. At this birthday you received your Sleeping Beauty Barbie Doll which you have slept with every night since. It was very special. After presents we all sang 'Happy Birthday' and you were a little scared of the candles, so Mommy helped you blow them out. You and Haysley got your very own pink cupcake and it was delicious!
Mommy and Daddy could not believe what a big girl you were growing into! Within that month you began talking so much more clearly and using longer sentences. You also wrote the first letter of your name 'A' all by yourself! We are so proud of you!
